Why did you decide to do this Muscle Building Trainer, what was that ‘AHA’ moment?
I felt lost towards my fitness goals and was gaining weight and then I saw Kris posting on Instagram about 8-week muscle building trainer. That was the moment it struck me to register and have a goal for next 8 weeks. I registered on last day.
Why did you choose Kris’s Muscle-Building Trainer over other programs?
Kris has always inspired me and I have been following him for so many years. He is not just a trainer or someone who just says things like other fitness gurus. He says what he believes in and tried-tested. His lifestyle and beliefs are what motivates me to take care of myself and my body.

Which Kaged Muscle supplements that you used in the program were your favorite and why?
PRE-KAGED: It is not like other pre-workouts that leave you with a weird feeling and the effects drain after a while. PRE-KAGED is the best pre-workout I have come across, giving me crazy pumps during the workout that last long. Every time I take PRE-KAGED it’s always like taking it for the first time again because the premium quality and patented Ingredients are just that good.
Hydra-Charge: Great taste and the best way to help you stay hydrated. I find it tastes best with sparkling water.
RE-KAGED: I like RE-KAGED for its quality ingredients and the taste. I feel it helps me a lot with my recovery.

What tactics helped you overcome roadblocks in regards to family, social gatherings, diet, workout and career during this trainer?
I always had my cool bag with all my meals wherever I go. This made sure I never cheated on meals. I carried Hydra-Charge in zip locks everywhere and would just order sparkling water to mix if I had to go out anywhere. I never skipped my cardio, even if it was not done at the time recommended, I still made sure to get it in.
