Day 52:Rest Day

Ahhhhh, rest day! I’ve been feeling pretty sore and tight in my hip flexors and adductors, so I’m finally doing something I should have been doing throughout—stretching! A little active recovery like light walking or stretching can go a long way for your body to feel its best. We’ve been going hard for the last seven weeks, and that can catch up to you if you don’t take the time off. Listen to your body and give it some breaks from time to time. And remember, don’t just stretch the muscles that are sore—stretch everything to help prevent them from getting too sore! I go through some basic stretches that hit the whole body, so be sure to watch to the end of the video.
