It’s day 31, and a recovery day for our body. I started my day with my cardio session because I have a lot of life stuff to take care of later in the day. As we’re working toward the goal of shaping our body, being prepared is the biggest key to success. As I have a lot of errands to run and will be out of the house a lot, I’ve taken the time to pack my meals so I don’t have to worry about anything while I’m out.
Now I’m going to get some work done, sip on my Hydra-Charge, and make sure I take care of everything necessary today. Oh, and make some time to rest, as well! Have a great day.
