Ashley’s entrepreneurial endeavors are as diverse as her fitness interests. She owns a training facility, American Sled Dogs, where she has created a community of athletes who encourage each other to reach their full potential. She developed the Valkyrie Surf & Snow apparel company that outfits active women for when they’re in the mountains, at the beach, or on the town. ASHLEY’S NUTRITION ADVICE
Ashley is a world-class athlete, but also a mom, which sometimes requires succumbing to guilty culinary pleasures. “I eat a mediocre clean diet 80% of the time,” she says. “I believe in eating nutrient-dense, whole foods from the earth. However, because I’m a mom of three little boys, I also eat ice cream and pizza weekly.”
